I liked the rest, but there is one BUT and this is the tour operator ANEX Tour. I do not recommend using their services!!! Unskilled workers, as well as hucksters !!! So, at the airport they can’t tell what bus you have, near it the guide asks a counter question, but they didn’t tell you what number, and starts running, finding out, looking in their papers, they checked into the hotel in an uncleaned room, but it’s good that they changed immediately at no extra cost. →

I chose a tour 6 days before departure, I waited for confirmation of the hotel reservation for THREE DAYS, they informed about the reservation on Tuesday evening, departure from Friday to Saturday (QUESTION IS IT IMPOSSIBLE TO BE SO FASTER). I paid immediately the next morning and on the same day, having learned about regular delays and the terrible state of the air carrier fleet with which the company works, I decided to abandon the tour, but as it turned out, this was no longer possible. →

tickets, insurance, voucher, information on the tour - everything is fair! all in order: Before departure, they warned that there was no delay. plane is great! antalya: got luggage . immediately after the exit, a representative of the company, got on the bus, it was clean, the driver was brand new!, the road to Kemer was 40 minutes. escorted to the reception desk, (passed from hand to hand), at the end of the rest in the evening they said that the flight was not delayed, the bus would pick it up at 16. →

The manager chose the hotel according to our requirements and possibilities, everything suited us, except for the time of departure and arrival. The time of flights when buying a tour suited us very much, but then it changed for the worse, and judging by the reviews, this is their usual practice. →

We rested with our family at the MONTE CARLO SHARM RESORT & SPA hotel. The flight and transfer were organized at a high level, and the hotel was very pleased, but .... DEAR Anex Tour, just one person, but very important for almost every tourist - a hotel guide (in our case, a guide named Fadi), can easily cross out all the efforts of the hotel and cast a shadow on the reputation of the tour operator, not to mention a clouded vacation. →

We bought a ticket from this company, there was a meeting at the place of arrival (a meeting with a guide who oversees our vacation and supposedly makes it better), excursions were offered at it for an additional fee. a fee that we could also purchase from this company, as they guarantee + insurance in case something happens to you on this excursion, which, for example, sellers selling outside the hotel cannot give. →

Details in June to Turkey (Bodrum) for 7 days. We specifically chose a hotel close to the sea, this was the main criterion. Upon arrival, the guide on the bus said that our hotel does not accept technical assistance. reasons (which later turned out to be not true. The hotel rooms were sold to the Turks). We were brought to another Riva Bodrum hotel, high up on the mountain. →
