Anex Tour not doing their job completely

Traveled together with my husband through the travel agency Anex Tour. The flight to Sharm was not transferred, they flew well, met us on time and without problems. In the morning there was a meeting with a hotel guide, the purpose of which was to offer excursions, some say that the price is too high (we did not recognize and did not check this) under the same conditions. We took the excursions that our tour offered. company Anex Tour, the organization of diving with yachting was quite normal, we liked everything. The next day there was supposed to be a free tour of the city, we waited for an hour at the appointed time, no one came for us. The hotel guide did not pick up the phone and no one could say anything. The next day we found a guide, he rescheduled our tour. This time we were taken away, but also after an hour of waiting. I liked the ATV trip, but it didn’t live up to expectations a little, because we were promised 1.5 hours of skiing one way, but in fact it was half as much, they promised sunset, but “we arrived too early” (the tour company sets the time), the Bedouins are a complete disappointment, even attempts to hide the fact that they are not real were not made. Having now a certain experience, I would compare the prices offered by others, would not listen to how Anex Tour is responsible for something and how they worry about us. The only thing that is important for them is not to organize a high-quality excursion, but to steal more money. We were photographed while diving, then they charged us $20 per person per photo!!!! Of course, no one bought it, after a while they announced that it was so, for one $ 15, for two $ 25! Such an attitude is striking, given that the work has already been done and it would be possible to sell for $ 5 for pictures, and then most likely almost everyone would buy them, and the profit would be worth it, but this is completely stupid. And in Catania on ATVs, they immediately asked if anyone needed a video for $ 15, and took a photo before departure, after arrival the photos cost a few dollars, and they immediately printed this photo (one photo for $ 2-3 in my opinion). The highlight is the free city tour, which we had a hard time getting. The tour itself is short, quite interesting, but everything was spoiled by the way we went, like, to the shops with this tour. They took us to an oil store, where everything is factory-made, each oil is from something and almost universal medicine. We held a small lecture, gave a try. Invited to buy with 50% discount. Total: a bottle of about 50-100 ml costs from $ 15 with this discount, teas there are 5 times more expensive than on the market. We went downstairs, and there was a souvenir shop, so the cheapest magnet costs $ 2.5, better - $ 4-5! The rest is also overpriced by 2-5 times, depending on the product (we were at the market and knew how much it costs there even considering the extra charge). And the most interesting thing is that our guide (a Russian-speaking girl who has been living in Sharm for 12 years with her Egyptian husband) began to convince us that the quality here is not the same, but better than in the market where we were. I understand everything, but I spoiled my opinion about myself and about the tour in general with this undisguised divorce, which was even insulting. She talked about Sharma in a very interesting way.
