If you want your vacation taken in advance along with tickets to go to waste - contact them. The tour was canceled two days before departure. And two weeks before the tour, when I signed the documents, they assured me that the group had already been recruited, the tour would 100% take place (I had already canceled a similar voyage on the Gal-tour before, you yourself understand what mood). Advice from the bottom of my heart - do not get fooled by such "agencies", better look at the reviews, find sane ones, let you overpay 10-20% of the price, but you will DEFINITELY go and get the service that was promised.
