Trip to Bulgaria. I do not advise.

I rarely write reviews, but I decided to write here.

First I wanted to thank Sergey Babyak. This is the only positive from the whole trip!!!. Super person. Never pissed anyone off. Always polite. Our acquaintance began the day before departure. I called to ask what and how the departure was from if there were any changes (it turned out that I was not the first one), but I didn’t show in a word or intonation that they got him. Was polite. During the trip, he told everyone everything, explained that they were in touch in the last days, that they connected roaming, he told everyone with whom people would return. On the road included interesting comedies that both children and adults could watch. The park was once asked to stop the bus outside of the planned (the children wanted to go to the toilet), they stopped at gas stations, in Romania they grumbled a little that there was nowhere to stand, but nevertheless they became among the fields for children. I understand that it may not have been possible, but I thank him very much. You can see that he loves his job and people.

The road back was less positive. Returned with Volodya. A young guy who clearly works out of place. He doesn't give a damn about the passengers. When we were driving around Romania at night and the bus stopped for melons (either the drivers bought watermelons for themselves or melons, in principle, it’s not important, but the stop was not planned! I note that they were not allowed to get out, it was normal for them. As in the morning near Lviv, they stopped again not planned ( the drivers had to give the documents to someone) they stood until they arrived - that’s also normal .. but when in the morning already on the territory of Ukraine they asked the children to stop for the toilet - until the passengers raised a scandal - Volodya tried to prove that the bus was a regular bus and there were no stops but of course you'll excuse me, but to drive through the whole of Romania for about 10 hours and make 1 stop also somehow doesn't fit into any framework!

Separately about the bus. Check your tickets immediately upon purchase. Back I got one ticket at the beginning of the bus, one at the end (this despite the fact that I was traveling with a child of 8 years old !!!). As they explained to me why they gave tickets like that, you have to go for a long time, and some seats do not fold out, we tried for you. RAVE!!! bus floor with defective seats. Of course, no one wanted to change, but for some reason, by a miracle, two places near the second door turned out to be free, and they sat there. We traveled back and forth on the same bus. While we were looking for a place for ourselves, we sat in half the bus. Seats half-not laid out. Checked personally. Some up to 5 cm.

and Probably this is more an appeal to the carrier Elita Trans - you would think over a normal vacation for your drivers and better check the transport before leaving! On the way back, we stopped in for vulcanization twice - no one knows what they were doing there (obviously they didn’t pump up the wheels, because they were busy with 1 wheel for 20 minutes). I want to go on vacation normally and not worry about whether you will get home or not. On the way home, not only did a small bus drive into the side of the bus (thank God there was only a dent in the bus and no one was hurt, we drove on .. between 4 and 5 o'clock in the morning the driver almost drove !!!!!! honestly after that, no I didn’t want to sleep or eat anything, I would rather go home.
