We paid for a bus tour to Paris, a few days later it was canceled because not enough people had gathered and we booked for another date with a guaranteed departure, the day before departure we were canceled this tour, saying that again it did not gather enough people when I I asked WHY? IF THE TOUR WAS GUARANTEED, they answered me like this, I don’t know ... Okay ... they told me the money would be returned from 14-30 days, but something told me that no one would return anything to me and we decided to go on the next tour of the Italian weekend ... Venice, Florence, Rome. In one word, this is hell. There were 2 night crossings, we knew this, but we didn’t know that for so long on the way we would ride the bus without a toilet, exercises, when I asked our leader in the group the day before the departure what the bus would be, she said that she would know it already before tour…super

There is no normal food, we are constantly late somewhere, half of the programs have flown off, we stopped at a sanitary stop only when the manager wanted it, I am silent for hotels, they paid a rather large amount for travel on public transport in Italian cities, why? To try all kinds of transport! Why do we need a bus then, I paid a rather large amount for travel by an uncomfortable bus !!!
