There are no words to describe the boorish behavior of the guide Oleksandr. He is not allowed to work with people!!!!! He does not know how to communicate and find a common language with the group. All the questions he was asked annoyed him very much. Like: what do you need: sit, be silent and listen. He doesn't care about the group at all. Whoever has to travel with him, I sympathize very much! You were unlucky! He just understands what he can do. I don't believe that someone from the management of the company reads these reviews. Their motto is: They took money from you and now we don't need you anymore.
