About the trip

Good afternoon! I bought a Krakow - Prague - Dresden tour from an agency, and they from Adriatic Travel. I arrived in the morning in Lviv from Zaporozhye. The departure of the group was indicated in the application at 12.00. At a leisurely pace, I went for a walk around Lviv, rode the tram quite far, when the bell rang: "Julia, good morning! Are you going to go with us ?! We have been waiting for you for an hour on the railway station! Hurry up! You have 15 minutes, otherwise the bus will leave without you!" I will not describe my condition! I was not warned in advance that the time of the gathering and departure of the group was postponed !!!! Thank you for waiting! But my nerves. . . . Second episode. Several people from the group took return tickets from Lviv home in advance! That is, on request, arrival around 12 midnight. So these some planning geniuses got tickets for ONE AM! Because of this, we, 50 people (!) Were forced to shorten the time of stay in Dresden, and practically run around the city and around the Dresden Art Gallery! Instead of leaving at 18.00, we left at 15.00! It is clear that due to the repair of roads, borders, accidents, we did not have time by 12 at night, but arrived in Lviv at SEVEN in the morning! Questions. Was it possible to warn in advance about the postponement of the group's departure from Lviv? Is it worth it to buy back-to-back tickets? Is it worth it to infringe on the interests of 50 people because of 7 especially in a hurry??! It is a pity that such miscalculations spoil the overall impression. BUT! Our group leader Dasha Yermishina is beyond praise! A smart, well-read girl, told a lot of useful information, helped on the road! In general, respect to Dasha! Sincerely, Julia.
