DECEPTION!!! 3 times changed the dates of the tour, the program and the city of stay.

Pre-booked a tour to Croatia 1.5 months before departure.

A week before the departure, they informed that this tour would not take place, because. the group didn’t fit and they offered a tour to Greece in Halkidiki for 2 days longer. Departure from Lviv, and I from Kharkov - I had to return tickets and take them for another date, and this is in the season when only luxury tickets remained. Somehow changed.

1 day before departure - they reported that the group did not reach Halkidiki either and combined two tours into one - DECEPTION number 2.

They offered to go to Pieria and supposedly added 1 day for free .. I had to change tickets again (((

When we arrived in this Pieria, it turned out to be a village. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the village, around vegetable gardens and tall weeds the day before last, uncut grass to the waist, chickens, goats, horses are walking and a huge dog is running around without supervision. Not a single lantern, walk 3 km to the sea. To civilization, too, go on foot through a dark tunnel under the railway. 2 km paths. In the hotel, the doors were punched through with a fist; no one had removed dry leaves and grass on the territory since last year. But the most important thing in the infolist is a completely different hotel at a different address. The response of the company to all our indignations was as follows: "The operator girl made a mistake and incorrectly typed the hotel in the information sheet. All claims are accepted in writing and will be considered within 10 days." In general, it was all thought out from the very beginning. A tour was announced to an expensive normal resort, and at the last moment they brought us to a terrible, cheapest hotel. FALSE!!!! I do not recommend Adriatic Travel to anyone. Spoiled vacation and the whole impression of the country. DECEPTION!!!
