Bad company, no organization.

From 23 to 26 August we traveled together with tour-club drive to the Carpathians (to Makovitsya and Hoverla). The concept of "organizing" this office came even before leaving, not everything was described in the infolist as on the site (as a result, it turned out that this was their mistake) and we were added to the promised chat in Viber only after we asked if they had forgotten us , hour, add there ...

Beautiful nature, magnificent landscapes, good-natured local people, all this was at the highest level, but fortunately it did not depend on the tour club. This is where the wonderful impressions end and just tin begins. There was no organization, starting with the fact that people who came from Kyiv, who rode the bus all night, had to change clothes and wash themselves in a roadside gas station, in the toilet (organizers, what do you say to this?) And ending with the fact that we were accommodated (4 people) in the middle of nowhere, in order to get to the dining room they called us a taxi, and in order to get somewhere, we had to think everything 100 steps ahead (since the program is very busy) ... /// sorry, sorry, we are very ashamed, We did not know...///. I am silent about the fact that everything that is sent in the information sheet (regarding the action plan) can be safely thrown away, since neither the time nor the events coincide with the information described there, some of the points, the organizer (in our case, Christina) decides to miss ????. Those who climbed Hoverla know that they need to drive up to its beginning (5 km), they take everyone there (both in cars and even on two-story buses), since the path to the mountain is not easy. Our drivers threw a tantrum on the topic “what the hell is necessary, I won’t burn diesel fuel”, and our super-organizer Kristinka listened to this safely, agreed and we went on foot ... 80 people .. 5 km uphill along a dusty road, passing cars .. .before climbing...class! And already at the foot of the mountain, when everyone was tired, someone was always waiting for someone, we decided to go to the top together, after asking Krestina and, surprisingly, she didn’t tell us: “Are you morons?”. she gave her consent, with an ultimatum that we ourselves are responsible for our lives ... (well, not you, Kristinochka!)

Yes, by the way, our organizer is a separate issue. It happens that people are out of place.. So this is about Krestina, well, a person doesn’t know how to organize people, doesn’t know how to solve problems on the spot, can’t even answer people’s elementary questions (about our program), since nothing knows ... but she knows how to put pressure on pity, and pretend that she is about to burst into tears from how everything turned out ????.

In general, I categorically do not recommend this travel agency to you. just waste a lot of energy, time and nerves. Ride with someone else!
