So I decided to buy a ticket online for the first time ...
Among all the googled ones, I liked our (Kyiv) office avia4you.com.ua ... and the prices are normal and there is more information on the site than others ... on some it’s not at all clear who you buy from ... and so to speak "buy Ukrainian"))
Booked, chose payment through the bank... called back, discussed... blah blah blah
On the same day, I paid at Raiffeisen Bank ... the travel agency said as soon as the payment was received, the air ticket would be sent immediately by mail ... I’m waiting, then ... I’m waiting for two days ... I call back to the travel agency, they say we don’t know anything, we don’t see money o_O
I say, here is the receipt ... in general, they sent it to the bank) The bank said that the payment was in process O_O in what process and when it ended, the girl did not admit.
And on the THIRD day, they called back from the travel agency and said that the money had arrived ... fuuuh, I thought ... but it wasn’t there ... the cost of the ticket somehow grew like this over these three days and the amount transferred was not enough Х_Х
And if it weren’t for the kind girl from the travel agency, who fooled around and picked up another ticket for me and even gave a discount on the next purchase of 50 UAH (either the new ticket was cheaper or their rules are 8) )
I would probably have taught her many tricks of Russian speech) since at times I imagined how much time it would take to resolve the hemorrhoid with a refund and another search for air tickets ...
And the question is ... who is the kazlin in this situation? )
