We met Natalya when she was working elsewhere - we were satisfied. in February we rested in Dubai, booked through APl travel Kharkiv. excellent service, very competent, obligatory, attentive employees work.
the hotel encountered a problem - the reservation was for three days, not for a week. our manager resolved the issue immediately after our first appeal and very quickly. I'm glad we weren't left to chance.
in December we fly again, and again through them. and although the price of the tour is not the most competitive (in particular, the overvalued dollar exchange rate was unpleasantly surprised), the satisfaction from working with the company and its representative covers everything.
