Good afternoon. I almost emotionally cooled down and thought I wouldn’t write, but I received a response proposal from APL in the mail:
1. I waited for answers to my questions (requests) on Viber for a long time, due to being busy, I did not have the opportunity to devote time to Madame (Marina L.) in the office.
2. After Thailand refused, and I asked Sri Lanka for certain dates, Marina said that, alas, nothing would work out.
3. The agency (manager of another agency) that I contacted at the same time found options in Sri Lanka (with late check-out !!!, as indicated in the screenshot), about which Marina was notified.
4. In response, Marina allegedly tenses up and finds similar options, we sign up for joy (note that I did not change the agency, but continued to rely on Marina and her decency despite unprofessionalism).
As it turned out later (the day before the check-out), Marina decided to ignore the "late check-out" clause, which was indicated in the competitors' offer, in order to maximize the profit for her enterprise, or to act unprofessionally and negligently, which was lower (trust me, less eminent travel agency), despite the understanding that they will be evicted at 12:00 and transfer to the airport at 19:00 (one day out of six on suitcases and not under palm trees, as if this is normal). And, by the way, I didn’t manage to extend the eviction at the hotel on my own, unfortunately everything was already taken!!! And if someone says, why didn’t you read it yourself and didn’t notice the absence of late check-out in the terms of the contract, then this will already be disgusting on your part !!! Since I helped her finish signing the tour with me and not lose a client!!!
- on my request, earlier on 11.02, I turned to APL and allocated Marina (a large family of 8 people are going to Turkey at the end of May), so I did not receive a single offer from her (and again, despite this, I asked for help in Sri Lanka), but now Turkey is definitely not with APL.
- a sightseeing tour from a tour operator (they turned to the representative of the tour operator) in Sri Lanka for $ 260 is canceled, the money is not returned, it is not possible to get through to the contact numbers of the tour operator!
Marina refuses to help, says the money will not be returned! come write a complaint and we will decide something. All the same, with the help of the hotel receptionist (they call through their own channels, although this is absolutely not their problem), I got through on the 45th time. The representative came and returned the money.
I warned her that holidays are EXTREMELY rare and I really counted on the adequacy and customer focus. Got cynicism, negligence and ruined vacation.
