When concluding the contract, there were minor nuances, about 200 UAH on top (the cost of agency services), which were not discussed earlier when the tour was calculated completely , and the amount with which I should come to the agency! After a call and a conversation with Inna, she was asked to hand over the phone to the manager Oksana, they talked, after which Oksana began to refer to the exchange rate, although the contract clearly stated the amount for the tour + 200 UAH. ( agency services). I understood the nuances of the company (about the exchange rate), but did not argue! I asked when to wait for confirmation, they said a day. but patience, because in 4-5 days to fly out, and she tells me, well, wait a little more! But I understand that you still need to open a visa, where to wait ?! I called several other companies to find out what the same thing, but they tell me that this hotel has been in a stop for two weeks! I immediately called Oksana APL travel agency, as Inna did not answer, and asked to prepare our money and passports (my husband was already driving for them), to which they told me, that the passports will be the day after tomorrow! The husband arrived, he was persuaded to transfer money to the card, to which he refused, and the passports were in the office and the money was available)
