There is a fourth day of rest, and the problem is not solved by anyone.

There was an unpleasant situation with the check-in at the Royal Holiday Beach Resort & Casino.

My brother and child are currently resting there (or rather, not quite there). The tour was purchased from the APL Travel agency, at 15 Obolonskaya Embankment. Voucher number: 74796115.

The essence of the problem is as follows: the hotel, (as it turned out already upon arrival, and even then, by chance), consists of two parts: one that has seen the young Brezhnev and "for white people." When buying a tour, the manager of the company promised and showed them that part of the hotel that is new, and where they announced children's animation, playgrounds, a large beach, good rooms, food, etc. In fact, they were settled in the part of the Royal Beach Casino and on " the promised" territory, respectively, is not even allowed. In the half where they now live, there is absolutely nothing of the declared services: no animation and playgrounds for children, no big beach, problems with the quantity and quality of food. This is even omitting the condition of the rooms and grounds.

The representative of the host party to all questions, for the fourth day, literally answers "I do not understand Russian. You will be deceived in Kyiv." In turn, the manager who sold the tour and announced certain conditions, monotonously asserts "you were deceived by the locals, we have nothing to do with it" and takes absolutely no action to solve the current problem. In case of official appeals, directly to AnexTour (through which they flew and who work with this hotel on an exclusive basis), and the central office of APL Travel, the former do not give an answer yet, the latter promise to solve the situation, but on this FOURTH day of rest and now there.

As a result, according to a $1,100 package for two, for one adult and an eight-year-old child, with a mountain of promises and, accordingly, expectations (especially for children), people relax in conditions that hardly attract 3*+, swim at 25 a meter-long beach with a knee-deep sea, conditionally eaten walk and think what to do with an upset child, who even has nowhere to play and how to have fun.

Such an unpleasant excess with rest, and even with a child, and it is not clear how to solve it, and who to contact.
