They were supposed to leave on a "comfortable" bus on December 29 at 18:00, but the trip was postponed the next morning due to weather conditions. People agreed with this, since there was a lot of snow, and the tracks were temporarily blocked.
And so it was December 30th, the whole group received a call at 09:00 am and was told the meeting point was in front of the Palladium club at 11:00 am.
At this time, the route was already open, and, before our eyes, 3 buses with other vacationers left for the Carpathians.
I got to this club-meeting place and the bus, just as I didn’t see representatives of the agency, I decided to call the manager who organizes this trip. And then he says that the meeting point has been moved to Mac.Donalds, I trudge with these bags (and you understand: Bukovel is skis and everything that comes with them) to the "supposedly" new appointed place, knee-deep snow and rejoice" good morning.
An hour passes, I call the managers (Marina, Gleb), and ask: “where is the bus?”, He says that they are digging it out. The location of the bus is not mentioned. Fortunately Mac.Donalds is not great, and the group has already decided.
We are waiting for another hour (14:00), we make a second call, they say: the bus is coming. Okay, let's wait a little longer. At this moment, about 40 people have been sitting in Mac.Donalds since the very morning, with a bunch of bags, but the escort was not there. The situation begins to heat up, people from different parts of the city arrived at the appointed place and time, but there is still no bus.
We decided to go to the office, as it turned out it was closed and the entrance was covered with snow.
At this point, we decide to call the manager and ask about his whereabouts and where the escort is. The answer was: “we are sitting in the office”, at that moment we had a shock, how can you lie so directly ?? But this is only the beginning.
I had one question in my head, why at 12 o’clock it was only dug out, and people were at the site at 11 o’clock: What kind of organization, but there’s no need to talk about respect. They called the manager Gleb again, he said that he was coming from Rishelyevskaya, then he said that he was going, in short - the person was lost in three blocks or simply lied (to go for 10 minutes maximum, and he walked for 2 hours). And so it is already 18:00, and we are still sitting at Mac.Donalds, during all this time neither the manager, nor the organizer, nor the escort came to the group of people. As a result, approximately at 19:00, we nevertheless met with the manager and accompanying group Boris, part-time ski instructor. As it turned out, our escort was just a ski instructor and decided to disclaim responsibility. Tired of waiting and uncertainty, people are brought to the limit.
According to the latest information: the bus got stuck on the road from Novaya Dolina (Ovidiopol district) and is still there. QUESTION: Why was he there? Everyone knew perfectly well that there would be a lot of precipitation, and the vehicle had to be prepared in advance, taking into account the weather conditions, or replaced with another one !!! To the question: “Do we have one single bus in Odessa ??” In response, we heard that they called other bus companies, but there was no replacement. At the same time, the guy decided to go online and try to find a suitable 2-story bus, and he did find it in about 10 minutes, but it was already at 22:00.
Further, the group set the condition that if the bus does not arrive within 1 hour, then everyone goes home, and the money will have to be returned in 100% of the cost of the tour. Don't forget: people planned to have a fun New Year's Eve! There was a last hope, but the bus did not come. People with chagrin, and with a spoiled New Year's mood, began to go home (who could, because people were from both Kherson and Ilyichevsk - and they, by the way, got to the meeting place for a day).
Later, by 01:00 am on December 31, Gleb called and said that the bus had arrived. The most courageous and persistent, as well as those who could no longer go home, decided to go (after all, some gave their last money for a ticket, and you also need to invest at home to celebrate the New Year).
We arrived at the bus and saw that it was NOT a COMFORTABLE old Neoplan, it was crackling everywhere (there is a video available) it was dirty inside, I won’t say anything for disposable headrest covers ... It’s just an ordinary, most likely private, bus.
We left at 02:00 from Odessa and arrived at 20:00 on December 31. This road was painfully long and not comfortable. We were also told that drivers have been driving this route for 5 years. But frequent stops outside Ivano-Frankivsk and clarifications by the driver with the local population in search of a road, indicate the opposite ... People were settled in 2 different hotels, the distance between them was 100 meters (although according to managers, the hotel was bought out by this agency in the fall). The hotel in which I lived had terrible service, the name "Greku" Polyanitsa and food prices were more expensive than in nearby hotels. New Year and ski training by an instructor is a separate conversation: they promised a program that didn’t exist (although the money was returned for the program, but the holiday was SPILLED), the instructor after the New Year’s Eve was “ready” (you know in what sense) showed the basic basics, but individual no training took place...
My conclusion is that people working in AP Travel (APTRAVEL), unfortunately, should be taken into account - they have been working for more than a year, i.e. not newbies, just IRRESPONSIBLE, FALSE, NOT RESPECTING people, and very “thrifty”: they promise one thing, but in fact it’s completely different. They don't give a damn about people, they only see money and work with tongues, hanging noodles on their ears. Henceforth, if you come across this agency, and they persuade you to go on a tour, back up all the words with a detailed description and the signature of the representatives, and the seal !!! agency, as a legal entity, so that later, in which case, there would be documentary evidence of the quality of the declared and provided services.
