Good afternoon! The AP TRAVEL company (Odessa) employs incompetent specialists. On the documents they say that the hotel is 4 *, but in fact it is 3 *. They settle a family of 4 people in a room where there is nowhere to even sleep. Three of us had to sleep on a double bed, and another child was on a cot near the front door, and so on for 15 days. In the end, there should be rules for selling vouchers for a family of 4 people. → |
