In June 2017, we were "lucky" to contact the tour operator TRG and the host Libero. Looking ahead, I advise - at the slightest mention of these pseudo-companies - immediately refuse tours. So, the TRG company offered a ticket according to the Fortuna system, which implies the purchase of a tour blindly. At the same time, the tour operator undertakes to accommodate the client in a hotel with a predetermined number of stars. We purchased a ticket to 5 *. We learned about the lucky ticket that we pulled out already in Turkey. At the counter, the guide Julia wrote the name Pineta Park Delux on our voucher. I immediately became wary, because two days before our departure, our godfathers flew in from the same Pineta, and they purchased a 4 * tour. When I asked “why Pineta (because she only has 4 *)”, the guide began to poke my phone with a sign in which the number 5 stood in front of the name of our “favorite” hotel. At the same time, Yulia claimed that in Ukraine tours to Pineta are sold as in 5 *. Since we were very tired from the road and knew that the four of four strife, we still agreed to go to the hotel. From the airport we and another 25 people were picked up by a bus. On the way, the bus brought three people to one hotel, two more to the Tropical 4 * hotel, and the remaining 20 people. stupidly unloaded in Pineta. As it turned out later, all of us 20 suckers bought a ticket to Fortuna at 5 *, and we were all safely accommodated in one "5" hotel ... strange Fortuna. Guide Julia quickly passed us the reception and suddenly disappeared. After filling in all the necessary papers, we began to wait for the settlement. We had to wait a long time, since we arrived at the hotel at 7 am, and check-in to the rooms takes place at 2 pm. Fortunately, we were put on bracelets and allowed to have breakfast. After breakfast, they began to be interested in the administration of the beach. I’ll say in advance that almost everyone in Turkey understands Russian, but they stubbornly pretend that they don’t spank ours. Regarding the beach, the manager said that their beach is far away and they have a shuttle service. The transfer takes place at 11 pm, and is taken from the beach at 5 pm (the most comfortable time for being on the beach). Do you get the gist? Later we learned that the hotel does not have its own beach, but it has an agreement with another (normal) hotel that while its inhabitants go to have dinner and rest from the scorching sun, the "cheeky Pinetovtsy" will arrive in time for the frying pan. Drive to the beach for about 20 minutes (well, here they steal an hour of rest from you). The hotel also does not issue beach towels - they send them around the corner to the store (yeah, schazz - room towels are very much like beach towels).

After a superficial tour of the hotel, our delegation began to nervously call their travel agencies and resent. Some guys even got through to the embassy, consulate and other diplomatic organizations. Our travel agency advised us to talk to the guide and ask to be moved to another hotel for an additional fee. In the course of our telephone debates (and they were greatly complicated by the almost completely absent WI-FI in the hotel), we found out that almost all Russian-speaking people living in the hotel, like us, pulled out a lucky ticket, and were just as indignant, but nothing and did not reach, therefore they reconciled themselves and continued their rest in the wonderful Pineta.

In short, in the evening, our entire delegation came to the planned meeting with the guide, demanding that we be relocated to real 5 *, and not fictitious ones. By the way, they asked at the reception for a document confirming at least 4+ - they didn’t give it. Already beaten and well-prepared more than once, Julia said that she understands us as a human being, but we are not the only ones like that, and to be honest, TRG stupidly settles everyone along Fortuna 5 * in Pineta. As for moving to another hotel, she offered us to move to Tropical 4 * for an additional fee of $ 150 for three (do you feel the logic? You can move from 5 * to 4 * for an additional fee). By the way, one couple agreed and after the rest we took them from Tropical, they were very pleased - they said that the five-star Pineta and the four-star Tropical are heaven and earth.

In short, without salty slurping, we stayed to live in Pineta.
