In the agency itself, we were not served very well. They apparently had a new girl, inexperienced, she filled out the documents incorrectly, then they re-registered them. But everything else was wonderful. There were no delays and delays, everything was on time. And we didn't take the tour. We have been flying with Anex tour for a long time and are completely satisfied with everything. →
