I once bought a tour to Turkey from them, this agency was right next to my house. Everything went well, there are no complaints about them. The tour operator was also an annex, the flight was postponed for 1 hour, I learned about it only at the airport, the agency did not inform me, the flight was postponed earlier, so we were in a hurry on the last day, did not spend the last day for which paid rest cut.
