great stay but some complaints

We ordered a tour through the partner Anex tour, the Pilgrim travel agency, the operator Veronika, very carefully and scrupulously selected a tour for our family. We stayed at the Hawaii Riviera Reort & Aqua park 5 * hotel, Hurghada Egypt. We arrived at 7.05 at the hotel were already at 8.00, but we were put into a room only after 14.00 in a room that was not in the main building of the hotel but in the club part, across the road, besides, construction work was underway under the windows. Only after the scandal, with the help of the Anex tour representative at the hotel, we managed to move to another wing, a little further from the construction site.

The hotel itself left wonderful impressions, service, territory, pools, slides and the Aqua Park, food was all at a fairly high level.

Unpleasant sensations were left by the waiters at the bar in the pool and on the beach, each time coming for a drink, and it doesn’t matter for what (cola or beer) I felt like a beggar who was served alms, drinks were poured into a glass up to 180 ml and only 2/3 of the volume , after a complaint to the hotel management, the waiter was replaced, but only for two days.

Separately, I would like to talk about excursions:

- a free city tour is something, we drove along the bypass road outside the city in both directions, we never saw the city, but we looked at three shops (shop of leather, oils, and clothes + souvenirs) in which prices were 1, 5-4.5 times more than in the shops near the hotel, well, "VERY INTERESTING";

- an excursion to Cairo in the pyramids for which we pay $ 180 for three (70 from an adult and 40 from a child), despite the fact that the hotel offered the same excursion for $ 105 (40 from an adult and 25 from a child). The tour started extremely, our guide at the Momen hotel in the evening before the tour said that the departure was at 4.40 in the morning, we woke up at 3.00 from the fact that the hotel workers were banging on the door and preparing that the bus was already leaving, we were given 5 minutes to pack ( We didn't even brush our teeth. And in more detail about the excursion itself, we VERY quickly looked at the museum, almost running, they took us to feed, and after that they also showed the pyramids very quickly, each time was allotted for 15-20 minutes. But after the pyramids, we were brought to a jewelry store and an oil store in each of which we spent 50 minutes.
