We were satisfied with everything in this agency, there is normal service, pleasant staff. Everything was fine, only the only thing was that when we flew there, the flight was late for an hour with a piece, but everything was fine back. The accompanying operator was also Anex. Regarding their excursions, I want to say that they are very overpriced. I am not the first time in Egypt and I know the price ratio. My wishes to the operator are that they do not increase the price by 40 percent, because there are local organizations that will provide excursions much cheaper.
