Very good quality service. We got a nice girl, her name is Ekaterina and she provided us with excellent service, everything was very good. She answered absolutely all our questions, helped with the choice of the tour. We flew to Egypt for the first time and did not know anything there, but thanks to her, we flew as if we were at home. Very pleasant and responsible manager.

We've had flight changes. The flight there was from a good company and we liked everything. But back there was a transfer of the flight, and the plane was like a bird, waving its wings. I don't remember the name of the company, but the plane was very old and all the people who were on it were afraid to fly. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that our guide would have to come, but he did not come. We asked to dial him at the reception, we could not get through to him and he did not appear until the end of the vacation. And when we left the hotel, we did not know about the transfer of the flight, no one warned us and just woke us up in the middle of the night. We've been missing one day. And we didn’t get on the excursions, which were free, because our guide was supposed to do this. Because of this, I was, of course, angry. But everything else we liked.
