This is a good agency, I have no objections to them. The flights were good, daytime and there were no transfers, which we were very lucky. When departing already from Egypt, there were 3 large planes from Azur and there were departures at 13:00, 13:20 and 13:40. This is a lot of people and the airport is not designed for such a large number of people. And while everyone was checked - it took a long time. It would be better to send tourists with a long break, otherwise it was difficult to survive such a situation. Very inconvenient and there were not enough buses for everyone.
