Review of the travel agency ANEX TOUR M.VASYLKOVSKAYA

We seemed to be tuning in for one tour, I made an application through the site, but the agency did not call me. I contacted them because they are close to my work. But they didn't contact me. When I came to their department, I began to communicate with them and talk about our tour. We chose two directions: either Bulgaria or Turkey. We were told that there are no tours in Turkey, which turned out to be a lie. When we bought a tour in Bulgaria, I just checked through the site, sending applications to other agencies, and they told me that all the tours were available. That's why they lied to me on the Anex tour that there are no tours - I don't know. The representative tried to sell us a ticket to Egypt, although we were not going there. And from Bulgaria, she dissuaded that they say there is a scoop, that there are only pensioners. Such nonsense was carried, it is very unpleasant. Nevertheless, we bought through them to Bulgaria and did not regret it at all.

They have a very arrogant attitude, the stories are not about anything. I will never contact this agency again.
