I didn’t have any comments to the agency, I usually choose the tour myself and just come to the agency with a ready-made request. The girls did a very good job. I did not ask for a tour search, but only for registration. Everything was polite, on time and correct, everything is fine. It was necessary to add the 3rd vacationer - they added everything without problems. Everything was very good with flights, we had Skype Up, then surprisingly everything was on time. Excursions used, liked and everything is expected.
In general, we are experienced travelers and rarely turn to travel agencies, but in this situation everything was fine, there was just a new direction. But we used it, liked it and everything was great, even Sky Up surprised us.
