We decided to contact the agency directly, without an online order. We wanted to buy a tour to Turkey, but the manager, having started looking for the indicated dates, said that it was impossible, because. all charters are busy. This turned out to be a lie.

The next day, we made test requests via the Internet to other travel agencies, with a request for a tour to Turkey, only 4 agencies, on the same dates that we requested here. And everyone (!) confirmed that there are tours for these dates, you can easily buy and go.

Why the representative of the agency, Irina, lied remains a mystery. Why she did not want to sell tours that other agencies were selling is not clear.

Further, saying that we have a fallback option Bulgaria, she began to dissuade. Arguing that there is a "scoop" and "mostly pensioners" go there. And we young people need Egypt, trying to sell trips there. Telling how wonderful it is there (although at that time there was a heat of 42 degrees).

In general, having insisted on Bulgaria, she began to draw it up with a displeased look. Again, a mystery, why was it necessary to dissuade and try to sell Egypt - they have a plan for it there, or what?

The very fact of lying turned out to be extremely unpleasant and left a strong internal residue. Plus manipulation with the opinion where it is right to go and where not. I consider this behavior of travel agency managers unacceptable, so I do not advise you to go there. As well as the travel agency as a whole, which, it turns out, encourages such behavior.
