Everything was fine in the agency, everything is fine. I was satisfied. I have no complaints about them. But the hotel does not correspond to the declared level, as the agency later told me that it was a budget 5k. But I have no questions for the agency. Upon my return, the agency was interested in how we went, although not all agencies are interested. Perhaps Anex Tour is superior to other operators in terms of service. We have had no delays or reschedules. We picked up a day transfer, I was satisfied. Anex tour even with flights was better than Join Apa or Corel Travel. I was pleasantly surprised by this company. We were offered excursions, but since it is very tiring and hot, I did not use it. We only had a beach holiday.
