If we evaluate the ANEX TOUR agency separately from their guide, but the agency deserves 5, but the guide does not even deserve 1. If the guys served us quickly and efficiently, then the guide is absolutely negligent about his work. He did not respond to our requests in any way, we wanted to move to another hotel, he did not help at all. He said that these are only our problems, but everything suits him. Made us look for a new hotel ourselves. I was very disappointed with this man's work.
