He was rude, we bought tours near our hotel, and not from him, he began to scare that our insurance would not be valid, because we bought excursions elsewhere. It's good that we called the office in Ukraine and the girl reassured us, said that the insurance is valid within the hotel and throughout Turkey. The guide told us that he would not communicate with us until the end of the tour, and that he would not check if we boarded the plane and checked us in for the flight at all.
