The quality of service at the agency was normal, but the tour operator who provided vouchers fooled us. It was TPG. They did not confirm the hotel that I wanted, they offered another hotel, other dates. I refused all offers, asked for a refund, while continuing to look for a tour to the hotel I wanted to go to. It so happened that in the same agency, ANEX TOUR on Zhitomirskaya metro station, I bought it. By the way, there was a difference in price, this money (difference) was returned to me, albeit with a slight delay. As a result, I went where I wanted to go.
