When choosing a tour, the quality of service was excellent. The only negative was at the hotel itself from the representatives of the travel company in the hotel itself. We did not have any transfers of flights, there was only a delay in one direction. And in one direction the flight was of high quality, and in the other - not very much, it looked like a corncob. At the hotel, guides offered us excursions, but some of them can safely not be recommended for use. Local representatives of the Anex travel agency roughly hacked on the spot, but, in principle, everything else was fine.
