Wonderful agency, helps in solving any issues, and most importantly promptly. The only unpleasant moment was on the day of departure, when there was supposedly a transfer of the flight, but there was no transfer. We spent the whole day at the reception, as we were told that we should be taken to another hotel and taken from there to the plane. When I could not stand it anymore and called the agency, they said that they did not make any transfers. Just lost a whole day. We decided to go on excursions ourselves, not through a tour operator.
