The agency is good, I am satisfied with their work, this is not the first time we have contacted them. We had a flight with AZUR AIR, and the tour operator ANEX TOUR, the flight was delayed for an hour, there was no information, we just stood at the entrance to the plane and that's it .. of course, we didn’t like it.
