In general, the agency is good. The girls are always in touch, 24 hours a day. The advice was informative. I have no complaints about the agency at all. No luck with flights. Consider a lost day, due to the fact that the plane was moved from night to lunch. There are no complaints about the transfer. And the flight back was also delayed, but only for an hour. We did not go on excursions, as we rested with a small child.
