ANEX TOUR is one of the most adequate travel agencies in Ukraine, let's say so. Yes, of course, there were some minor problems on the technical side at the time of the selection of the tour. But the staff really tried very hard to help and smooth out all the nuances as much as possible. In the end, they picked up a good tour, took into account my requirements and wishes regarding the hotel and departure time. So I was satisfied, despite all the troubles.
