Review of the travel agency ANEX TOUR m. ZHYTOMIR (WITHOUT DAYS OFF)

Reviews about ANEX TOUR are disgusting. Firstly, I paid $50 extra for a morning flight for two, and we flew away only at 7 pm instead of 4 o'clock in the morning. There was such a confusion, we were generally removed from this flight, transferred to another, which, in turn, was transferred from morning to 7 pm. Here is such a not pleasant story with ANEX TOUR. But back, also very interesting, we were not on the list of departing; in the evening we met with a representative of ANEX TOUR, he found out something on the phone and told us that everything was fine, but it was only in words. When the bus arrived, we were not on the list either, i.e. we left for the airport, let's say, on parole, that we are flying away. It turned out that the tickets were still in our names and we flew back. The transfer was present, but again, it was not a pleasant moment that we were not on the lists either.
