We missed everyone, got the contract in our hands and calmly went to pack our bags, but then .... a call from an employee of Lyudmila, she began to "soar" my brains, let's have another hotel, other dates, etc. I stood my ground, then, after a few hours she said that everyone has now signed the contract, and this is also not in e! The tickets were supposed to be sent to the post office, until I went to the director three days later, I didn’t see the tickets! Tickets have arrived for 1000 UAH! cheaper and that’s not all either: after that, a day later, a letter arrives in the mail that the ticket has not been paid for and a request to pay! And this is the day before departure! But then, a few hours before departure, they wrote that everything was fine. In short, fun
