the travel agency was known as reliable, but when we had problems at the hotel with the fact that the room did not match the promised one, they could not solve anything except to return the money to us, they promised that we would take a cheaper room, but at least without the trash that was going on around the first room. I had to decide everything ourselves, lose vacation time, as a result they paid for a good rest, but they didn’t get it quite right, the sediment remained. →

I turned to AvenTour on the recommendation of a colleague, they planned to spend their 2020 vacation in Italy. When the opportunity arose to still go on vacation, Elena and I literally picked up a suitable option in Turkey in terms of quality and cost in just 2 days, and after 5 days we flew on vacation. →

I met the guide on the bus, he was cheerful, he told me everything about the country and what to see. Good humor, all right. He said that we will have a free shopping trip as a gift. At the hotel for a meeting already with another guide - the Sultan, he began to unwind on excursions and stuff ... 2 hours of wasted time !!!! When after some time I called him back about a free shopping trip, he said that this was no longer the case, and that the trip cost 6 USD. →
