I do not recommend this tour operator. We were supposed to fly out on March 5 at 21:30, and Coral changed our flight and departure time. And the flight was rescheduled for 5:00 am on March 5. We were picked up from the hotel at one in the morning. We had a tour for 9 nights 10 days, the tour operator stole a night and a day from us. They threw us. →

We flew to Sharm 20.03-28.03.2021. Both flights were postponed not in our favor. Last time the flight was delayed by 10 hours. Flew to Mars with Joyne Up. It's the opposite there. We booked a tour through Hurghada. Two days later, a flight to Mars was opened. They changed the airport to Marsu Alam without any problems and gave us a choice of another hotel. →

Anex-tour employee Natalia (Kyiv, Sribnokilskaya 3-d) is a wonderful person. She and my wife completed all the documents for the tour. And we made a mistake with the hotel and asked her to correct our mistake. And what do you think? She took it without any problems and fixed everything, she didn’t say a bad word!
