As of the order date (mid-June 2021), the Maya World Imperial Hotel (Kemer, Beldibi) was marked "RECOMMENDED" on the TUI operator's website. After a ton of negativity from dozens of tourists (non-working air conditioners in the heat of +50, heating "refrigerator", room without windows, etc.), on returning home (in a week) - junk hotel as "RECOMMENDATIONS". →

The UIA plane is very old. There was a lot of shaking in flight. Transfer by old minibus with bad air conditioning. The guide from Pegasus did not accompany. The hotel is listed as five stars. Corresponds to the weak four. The guide at the hotel only imposed expensive excursions. →

In general, I liked everything, although the signing of the contract was delayed and the price increased by almost 1000 UAH in a day. There were also minor errors in the contract, but when pointing to them, everything was corrected. Communication was fast and accessible, both online and offline. →
