Communicated directly with the travel agency, they are wonderful. I really liked the director who served us, everything was quick and comfortable. All documents were filled out, everything was explained to them, there were no comments at all. We were kept fully informed of all the events, the flight was rescheduled with a departure from there to 3:00 in the afternoon, we were supposed to fly at 8:00 in the morning, but we were warned about this. →
