We chose a travel agency on the advice of our friends. I was immediately alerted that the operator Alla sent a selection of hotels only a day after the call.
After booking, I had to ask three times to send me the amount to be paid and 4 more times to find out if they would give me a kettle in the room (the child needed to make the mixture). By the way, I never got an answer to this question, I had to take a heater. All the time I had to call and remind myself to get at least my vouchers)
The trip was wonderful, but we will no longer contact this travel agency, as the impression remains that you are invisible, which is ignored all the time.
