The girl who served us was very nice, she helped us a lot. Even when they got sick, she helped with insurance, what and where, she was always in touch with us and with the hotel representative. We really liked the agency. There were no transfers or flight delays, everything was perfect. Flash tour we were accompanied on the spot. We took advantage of their tour package. But we did not like the sightseeing tour, we just wasted our time, because there were only purchases that did not interest us. On quads they said that there would be a full excursion, but then we realized that for this price there was not the whole excursion. And initially we were not warned why it is cheaper. But for the money, it's probably fine.
