If you want to grab your leave and drink calmly, then TPG is for you! 07/11/2024 there was a bus tour Lviv-Pefkochori (Greece), in short - the company moved the departure time from Lviv to the remaining day, we had to issue tickets and buy new ones to Lviv (!), the bus and water stayed for 4 years /p, water they didn’t pay 10 euros (!), three people went off the route - the drivers didn’t know and were looking for the way, they caused an accident in Bulgaria, but there were no casualties (!), the police seized the bus with passengers for 5 years (!), it would have been longer, as if the passengers did not act as transfer agents and lawyers for the regulation of food; Reaction of the tour operator - 0. Check-in - instead of arriving at the hotel at 15-00, arrived on the 1st night, spent the day getting ready and spent 41 years in bed! Reaction of the tour operator - 0. Departure from Greece - bus: the air conditioner is not working, the seat is dirty and laid out, the curtains are torn from the window, the temperature in the cabin is +38 (!
) the passengers suffered from heatstroke, we thought about taking the bus to the highway and diverting from the route to Sofia to repair the air conditioner! And the apogee of the trip - from Chernivtsi to Lviv the bus took 9 years (!) why so long? - we stopped at a gas station, accompanied by 8 passengers, took a daily break in a restaurant (we wanted to eat homemade food!), the whole bus sat for more than a year under the mortgage, until it was time to go, through the speck and troubles of parking at a gas station where and under the mortgage with a boosted engine We removed the emergency signal on the highway and the verdict is water - I’m not going anywhere, the engine is heating up and the system is completely cold! Reaction of the tour operator - 0. That evening the two of us gave our travel tickets from Lvov, because we were not afraid to sleep again at the station, but wanted to turn back home after this nightmare trip.
I filed a claim and sent it to the tour operator, they confirmed that I had torn off the sheet and issued a confirmation of the proper legislation. Nowadays - there is no response, new requests are ignored! Again, you need TPG until you pay them for the repairs, so your problems will be as soon as you get there and return home, and the call center will follow in every way to comment and help resolve the problems and! I recommend it - OUTSTANDING!!!!
