I saw that there were no reviews about the company, I decided to add, although the trip was a long time ago.
We booked an 8-day sightseeing tour of Greece through Mouzenidis. When we were looking for an agency, it turned out that this agency organizes excursion tours, at least at that time there was nothing better - we liked the route.
There were difficulties in communicating with the agency: I don’t know how it is now, but then 2 people worked: the director and the manager (or the girl on the phone), it was impossible to get a clear sequence of registration from her: she always forgot something or forgot about something warn. And the communication with the Greek embassy left an unpleasant impression: some stupid questions, the demand for certificates for certificates (for example: my husband and I work in our company, and, since he often travels abroad, he had a Schengen visa, and I just changed my passport and of course it was empty.We were forced to have my husband write a certificate on company letterhead, with his signature that he will support me on the trip, despite my normal income, a certificate that guarantees himself recovery after the trip me at work and a bunch of other nonsense). I don’t know whose fault it is - agencies or embassies, but they frayed their nerves.
But after the arrival, everything went well: we were met by a bus (and we were the only couple on this flight), settled in a hotel, in the evening we met the guide and there was no time to be bored. The tour guide Peter was just wonderful, we got a lot of pleasure from Ancient Greece! Everything that we didn’t like was only about the modern: ordinary lazy gypsies, and the closer to the sea - the more vile, the farther away - the better and warmer the people. In short: the less labor a person invests, the more ball money he tries to rip off, the more labor, the more respect. Everything is like ours. But Peter for the tour - a huge human thanks! The program was very rich and interesting! And the agency (Kiev branch) did not leave much impression - so, neither fish nor meat.
