Very bad organization of the tour. You suffer more than you rest

Good day, dear future tourists. If you are reading these reviews, you are planning to travel with this company. But I do not recommend that you completely stop your choice on this company. So, I will tell you a little about my vacation and the organization of the tour. This company was recommended to me by an acquaintance and she praised it very much. The tour started from Lviv, so as not to be late, I was in the city at 4:00 a.m. (it took me 12 hours to get to Lviv), despite the fact that departure was at 7:00 a.m., but the local residents managed to be late. More interestingly, we gathered all the residents in all corners of Stryi, Kolomyia, Ivano-Frankivsk, instead of driving 6 hours to the border, they drove us for 10 hours. Further, at the border, they did not register in the electronic queue at the time they were supposed to pass, but much later, and we had to sit at the border for 9 hours. Despite the fact that my friend stood at the same border for 30 minutes and left Lviv later, but with a different Kyiv tour company.

Next, it is even more interesting: I was accommodated with a woman of 60+ who was practically not silent for a minute (I am 30 years old). On this tour, we had everything, and tourists were forgotten and the police stopped them for violations, because the drivers had never been to these places. They promised one hotel at the time of booking, but were accommodated in another. By the way, there were only 2 drivers and 3 were supposed to go, because of this, when entering Greece, we waited for 2 hours for other drivers, because in Europe they have the right to drive for only 21 hours and stand for 9 hours. The curator, it seems that she does not care about everything, when we were going back to Ukraine, I couldn't even answer how long it would take to get to Lviv, because everyone was being driven home, and those who are going further from Lviv with transfers, that's our problem, and we had to change tickets several times because we didn't have time. And the excursions that you will take at agencies will be 2 times more expensive than at local ones.

On the plus side, it was not a bad budget hotel, if you don't take into account the bugs on the balcony)) If you want to spoil your vacation, and go to the destination for 3 days (and then the same way in the opposite direction), then you can go with an accord tour.
