Turtesse - I won't go anywhere else with them

We rested with Turtess in Turkey in August 2011. Guides and representatives of the company left a good impression of themselves, especially the Turks. but at the same time, after the excursion and the return flight, it became clear that the COMPANY CARE NOT ABOUT CLIENTS, BUT ABOUT ITS BENEFITS.

1 - were on an excursion in Pamukkale - paid $ 65 per person - we were told that the excursion would take the whole day because of the long road, it turned out from 5 to 22:30 - that is, the whole day was spent, but not from -for a long road, the road is really not close, and we spent only 3 hours on Pamukkale itself, but most of the time was spent visiting our company's friend shops. I understand Turstess receives some percentage of sales to our tourists. The guides emphasized - this is all for you, so that you buy yourself souvenirs at a bargain price. In fact, in all the places we visited, the price was very high .. how do you like a Turkish scarf for 70-100 euros? linen / towels, which, to our surprise, were much more expensive there than the same Turkish products in our Ukrainian stores.

In short, this is how we were taken to the shops until we were tired, and in the very heat (from 12 to 15) they brought us to the place of the excursion. Several people became ill from the heat. The second excess occurred during the departure from Turkey - the plane was delayed for 3 hours, the turtess workers were aware, but they shouldn’t let them have another bus later, it’s unprofitable and don’t care about people, they will wait at the airport .. in short, we had to get up at 3 am (departure at 8:20 !!!!), we were brought to the store again .. - but how could it be without this, you will sleep less - Turtess will earn more for you)) and left at the airport for 5 hours. Moreover, no one could find a representative of Turtesse there, they were all blown away by the wind.

I put the company 2 points only because the guides are Turkish good people and told a lot of interesting things, the company itself - 0

In short, my conclusion about the company: the desire to earn as much as possible and lose as little as possible on their tourists, while sacrificing their comfort, quality of rest and safety. I DON'T WANT TO TRAVEL WITH THEM ANY MORE
