Good afternoon! The AP TRAVEL company (Odessa) employs incompetent specialists. On the documents they say that the hotel is 4 *, but in fact it is 3 *. They settle a family of 4 people in a room where there is nowhere to even sleep. Three of us had to sleep on a double bed, and another child was on a cot near the front door, and so on for 15 days. In the end, there should be rules for selling vouchers for a family of 4 people. And the money was not paid for a 2 * bed room , but more. And in this company, just to push everything that is, just to buy and leave. They don’t know anything about hotels. There is a beach, there is no beach. They shake their heads, persuade them, but it doesn’t matter how the tourist will. From this it follows that the quality of work of this company was not professional. Although they knew about our problem, we did not wait for an apology from the company. With this company, we We will not go again and do not recommend to anyone.
