The customer support center is just a bunch of stupidity! I had to top up my account 4 times to get answers to elementary questions, just awful!
Then they came to buy a tour, the employee really does not know anything. They paid, they promised to give the ticket in a couple of days, in the end we received it on the last day, 12 hours before departure (there was a bus tour departure at 5 am). They frayed all the nerves, they began to be rude to our discontent about this. Never seen such a nightmare. The only plus is the price, but it does not save. Shameful creepy operator!!!!!
