Top travel agency Chosen by chance in 2015 bought a tour to Egypt. We were given 50 dollars. to buy the next round. this year we decided to rest in Turkey and use the services of this agency. respectively at a discount. as a result, the discount turned out to be 20 bucks, since the prices on the site are indicated both in hryvnia and in dollars. And payments are accepted only in hryvnia at an overvalued rate. I brought dollars and had to exchange them for hryvnias, as a result, a discount of 50 bucks turned into a discount of 20. and thanks for that!!! The review is not about that. It had to be said. Before paying, find out in what currency and exchange rate. When choosing a tour, several selection criteria were followed, namely the time of departure there and back. flight there at 9.10 back at 21.40. super. time suited us. paid for the tour. waited for confirmation. arrived at the office received tickets insurance voucher. I will clarify the moment we receive papers on 09.09 at 18.30 departure on 10.09 at 09.10. What a surprise it was when we found out at home in the tickets the departure time back at 05.05 am. CHECK ALL NUMBERS ON THE SITE. we didn't check and lost the whole day we paid for on the tour. the difference according to my calculations was 60 bucks. Yes, and the night on the way back you can not sleep! Of course, I asked the manager who sold me the tour. why the departure was scheduled for 21.40 and received on 05.05. to which I received an answer. while we booked a tour, there were no places left for this time. on this at 05. 05!!!!! No one informed us about the postponement of the departure time. In fact, they talked about one thing, got another. DO NOT BELIEVE THE WORDS. I think I have been deceived. I am writing this review so that others do not spoil the holiday! Of course, I don’t go to this agency anymore, and I won’t advise my friends! BE GOOD!
